Making it easier to manage affiliate payouts

Hi everyone,

For our next update in March, we’ve made it easier to manage large queues of affiliate payments, especially when payments fail due to insufficient funds in your PayPal account!

We’re also now normalising all email addresses into lowercase, and we’ve completed a series of minor fixes and improvements too.
