Send Customer Profile Link – Faster Payment Recovery, Less Friction
When a customer’s payment fails or their card expires, every minute counts. The longer it takes for them to update their details, the greater the chance of losing that renewal altogether. Until now, vendors couldn’t directly resend Customer Hub access links to customers who lost the original email, creating unnecessary friction and delay. With this new Send Profile Link feature, you can help customers update their payment details in seconds, right from your vendor dashboard. No support requests, no searching through old emails, and no risk of exposing sensitive data.
How it works
- Open the customer’s profile in your ThriveCart dashboard.
- Click the new Send Profile Link button.
- ThriveCart automatically emails a secure Customer Hub link to that customer’s email address.
- The customer clicks through and updates their payment details safely inside their Hub.
- You’ll see an on-screen confirmation that the link was sent successfully.

You requested access to your Customer Hub. Use the button below to securely view your purchases, update payment details, and manage your subscriptions.

Why it matters

View & Export Tax Transactions by Region
Understanding where your sales and taxes are coming from is key to running a compliant, data-driven business. That’s why we’ve introduced regional filtering and export options in your tax report, giving you clear insights into performance and tax obligations per country.
Previously, users could only view a single all-in-one tax report, which made it hard to isolate data by region. Now, you can instantly filter results by country, see totals for that region, and export only the data you need.
How it works
- Navigate to Accounting → Tax Report.
- Use the new country filter to view transactions and taxes collected by region.
- The total tax amounts at the bottom of the table update automatically to reflect your selection.
- Click Export to download a report for that specific country or select All for a global report.
This update makes it easier to file taxes locally, send regional reports to your accountant, or analyze how specific markets are performing.

New Accounting Menu – Cleaner Navigation for Invoices & Tax Reports
Managing your finances inside ThriveCart just got simpler. To make financial workflows more intuitive, we’ve created a dedicated Accounting section, moving invoices and tax reports out of general settings and into one easy-to-access hub.
This update gives vendors a clearer way to manage their financial records, exports, and reporting tools, making the process faster and more organized.
What’s new
When you open your profile dropdown, you’ll now see a new Accounting menu. Inside, you’ll find two dedicated tabs.
Invoices lets you view, download, and manage all account invoices in one place. Tax Reports allows you to run reports, apply regional filters, and export your data directly.
The new layout is simple, intuitive, and built around how most businesses expect to find their financial tools.

Account Wide Timezone Settings
As your business grows across time zones, maintaining consistent reporting across your team becomes essential. This update introduces the ability to set a fixed timezone for your entire account, ensuring all reports, dashboards, and analytics stay perfectly aligned.
Previously, ThriveCart reporting was adapted automatically to each user’s device timezone. While this worked for individuals, it sometimes created mismatched data when multiple team members operated from different regions.
Now, account owners can choose a single timezone for all users, guaranteeing everyone sees the same data at the same time.
How it works
- Go to Settings → Account-wide settings → Finances.
- Select your preferred timezone from the dropdown or keep the default device-based option.
- All reports, analytics, and time-sensitive features will now follow your chosen timezone.
This setting also applies to features such as coupon start and end times, countdown timers, Learn content dripping, and split-test durations.

- Unified reporting so everyone sees the same numbers, no matter their location.
- Accurate data syncing that aligns perfectly with third-party tools and analytics.
- Reduced confusion by eliminating date or time discrepancies between users.
