This update improves how ThriveCart processes and safeguards large exports, making it easier for merchants with heavy transaction volumes to get accurate data without interruptions.
What’s New
- More Power, Less Waiting:
Export performance has been upgraded with five worker threads (previously two), allowing more jobs to run in parallel and complete faster.
- Automatic Job Recovery:
A new failsafe restart mechanism detects stalled export jobs and automatically restarts them after one hour, ensuring no export gets permanently stuck.
- Smarter Queue Handling:
The export system now processes concurrent tasks more efficiently, reducing queue time and improving reliability across all accounts.
How It Works
- You request an export (for example, your Transactions CSV for a month).
- The export enters the processing queue.
- Up to five jobs now run at once, improving throughput and delivery time.
- If a job stalls or times out, the system automatically detects it and restarts the process.
- Once complete, your export link is delivered as usual, with all rows included.
No more partial exports, no more manual retries, just a smoother, faster experience every time you need your data.
