Sales tax in Switzerland (& Liechtenstein!)

Hi everyone,

Good news for those of you with customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein! These two countries have now been added into our automatic EU sales tax functionality. If sales tax is enabled on your product, the relevant rates for these countries will now be automatically applied!
