Tweaking French VAT rules

For our third update just this week (don’t forget to check out the new release of the huge JV contracts feature!), we’ve modified a specific rule for French VAT.

To keep in line with France’s decision to apply the reduced rate of 5.5% on sales of ebooks, instead of going along with the EU’s standard rate of 20%, we’ve updated the system today to reflect this and now, ebooks sold in France will now be allocated the 5.5% rate in line with France’s decision.

Stay tuned for more news and updates that are on the way before Christmas!
