UPDATE 03/09/24: Student access and content visibility bug fixes…

This week, we’ve addressed a few particularly nasty issues:

Student access – in some cases, students may have retained access to courses in a bundle after the subscription which paid for it was cancelled. We discovered the cause of this issue and were able to fix it, so now if your students cancel their subscriptions, course access will be revoked immediately as expected.

Content visibility – students may have been given access to zero modules, meaning they were unable to access any course content on their side. We identified the cause of this issue and have fixed it.

Fulfillment URL – when purchasing a Learn course, some customers may have encountered an error detailing “there is not a valid fulfillment URL provided for this product” after clicking the course link. This has been resolved and fulfillment URL’s will work more reliably now.

That’s it for this week! If you have any issues with your account, please check our help docs for guidance or reach out to support and we’ll be in touch.
