Update 12/10/24: Mobile View + Stuck Imports

Happy Tuesday! We hope that your week is off to a great start and that holiday preparation is well underway!

This week our development team has continued work on backend technology updates, but we also have some bug fixes to announce:

**Fixed** Mobile View Spacing Off: When assigning a top or bottom spacing rule to an element in the editor, mobile view was ignoring that rule and content appeared to be set at 0 spacing. This has been resolved and spacing rules will now be adhered to across both desktop and mobile.

**Fixed** Coupon Code not showing when applied via URL: When using a prefill coupon code URL (ending in ?coupon=CODE), the coupon amount was applying to the sale but not showing the discount in the pricing summary, or that the code was applied in the “Have a coupon code?” area. This has been resolved and coupons applied via the URL will show in the coupon code box.

**Fixed** Stuck Transaction Exports: We heard a number of reports from users this week that their transaction exports were not emailing as expected, and development were able to clear that queue and resolve the backend processes responsible for sending those download emails.

If you have any questions you can always reference our help docs for guidance, or reach out to support via this form  and we’ll be in touch.

Have a great week ahead!
