Update 17/09/24: Cookie Settings & tracking fix…

It’s Tuesday, which means it’s update time!

Development has been hard at work on backend processes this past week, but we’re happy to report a new feature and a bug fix for you! 

**New** Custom Affiliate Cookie Lengths now available: Users wanting to set custom affiliate cookie lengths to specific affiliates can now do this from an affiliates profile directly. When a product’s affiliate settings are set to “affiliate default”, the chosen cookie expiration rules from affiliates profiles will apply. 

**Fixed** Transaction showing as unknown product for upsell purchase: Some users reported upsell purchases were being tracked as “unknown product” in the dashboard. This was related to how customers were navigating upsells, such as refreshing the page,  clicking “back” during the transaction process, or clicking “decline” after already paying for the upsell. This has been resolved and upsells will now detail the correct product name that was purchased.
