Update – abandoned cart email bug fix

Happy Tuesday! As usual, our team has been hard at work, and we’re excited to share a fix that’ll improve your and your customers’ experience.

  • Fix: Previously, we had captured a user’s email when entered on the checkout page. Then, if they later viewed a checkout page and didn’t enter their email that time, we still sent an abandon cart email using the email they had originally entered, even if it was in potentially a completely different checkout flow. This no longer occurs.

Don’t forget, your feedback is invaluable to us. If you encounter any issues or have suggestions for further improvements, make sure to reach out to us at support@thrivecart.com so we can appropriately track your report. And you can always submit feature requests at featurerequests.thrivecart.com. We’re here to ensure your experience with us is nothing short of excellent!

Stay tuned for more updates coming your way soon. Thank you for being a part of our journey!
