Update – API subscription cancellation and success page links bug fixes

It’s Tuesday, and we have a couple of bug fixes for you:

Success page links – in some cases, links the customer would use to receive their purchase may have gone missing from the success pages if you were using the “send to URL” fulfillment method. This only affected people who changed the product fulfillment method after choosing a checkout template in the Enhanced editor.

If a product was created using the “display invoice” fulfillment method and a template was chosen, this was locking-in the template for the success page, and adjusting the fulfillment settings would not retroactively adjust the pre-set success page with the success links. While this has been resolved when using the “send to URL” fulfillment method, our devs are still investigating this issue when using the “add them to my membership site” method.

API subscription cancellation – you may have encountered a rare error saying that you “must match customer IDs” in order to cancel a subscription via API. This should be fixed now.

We’ll be back soon with more updates and features for you – until then, keep thriving!
