Please be aware that ThriveCart is not a marketplace or the merchant of record or payment processor. If you have a question about an order you have placed with a vendor using ThriveCart, you will need to contact the vendor directly to discuss that further.

In your receipt will be a "Contact Support" button that will direct you to their support channel they have set for their product.

If you're needing to update your payment details, in the very bottom of your receipt will be a link to manage your billing details which will take you to the vendor's specific customer hub.

We cannot cancel your subscriptions or process refunds on behalf of the vendor you have purchased from.

If you're an affiliate for a vendor using ThriveCart and you have questions about your commissions and how/when you're paid, you'll want to reach out to the vendor you're promoting for directly to discuss this. ThriveCart is not a marketplace nor the merchant of record or payment processor - whilst we track all your commission information on behalf of yourself and the vendor, at no point do we personally hold funds on behalf of either party. Commissions are paid directly from the vendor to their affiliates.
