Update 11/05/24: Trial period billing, editor settings…

It’s Tuesday, which means it’s time for an update!

**Fixed** Billed after just one month despite subscription rebills set to start after X period of time: Development addressed some reports where customers were being charged just one month after starting their subscription, yet the rebill period was set to occur every X months (every 3 months or every 6 months, etc). They were able to resolve this to ensure that the correct trial period is sent to the payment gateway so that customers are charged after their trial period.

**Fixed** Setting Opacity in Learn editor not adjusting opacity on frontend: Manually updating the colour and background opacity wasn’t affecting the live course page, which was still showing as 100% opacity. Development has resolved this, and now when adjusting the background colour transparency, it is correctly reflected on the live page, the preview, and within the editor.

**Fixed** Shipping border colour not adjusted: In Classic templates, when setting the colour of the shipping option border, this saved in the editor but was not reflected on the checkout page. This has now been resolved and setting shipping colours will match on the front end.

**Fixed** Split Pay Price not reflected in checkout editor: When setting up a product and choosing split pay, only future payments were displayed within the checkout editor. This has now been adjusted and you’ll see a true preview of the checkout with both the initial (“today”) price as well as the future amounts.

**Fixed** Alphanumeric characters displayed in product dropdown lists: Characters and symbols used in product names were displayed as code within the product dropdown list when attempting to set a product filter. Development has resolved this and the correct product name – including those characters and symbols – will now be presented.

Have a great week ahead, and as always if you have any questions, you can always reference our help docs for guidance or reach out to support via this form  and we’ll be in touch.
