Update: date ranges, VAT, and bug fixes…

It’s Tuesday, and we’ve been hard at work here at ThriveCart making fixes and improvements.

One of the biggest things we’ve been working on is updating our date ranges so they’re easier to understand. ThriveCart has a range of filtering options for data, and these may not have worked as expected – for example, if you selected “last 3 months” on June 15th, it would show you data for March, April and May. Many of you got in touch to tell us this could be improved, so we’ve now updated our filters to show the last 90 days and last 180 days.

Also in update news, we’ve updated VAT rates for ebooks in the Czech Republic. Many European countries have adopted a 0% VAT on ebooks, which means they are not taxed, and the latest country to adopt this policy is the Czech Republic. We’ve updated our VAT feature to reflect this.

We also have the following fixes for you:

Cart abandonment – in rare cases, a cart abandonment rule may have been applied multiple times when it should have only fired once. We’ve identified the issue, and this has now been fixed.

iOS scrolling – an issue when viewing Learn courses with the Grid template on iOS devices meant that the full page and certain buttons may have been prevented from being visible. We’ve fixed the issue, and your courses should display as normal.

That’s it for this week! If you have any issues with ThriveCart, please check our help docs for guidance or reach out to support and we’ll be in touch.

We’ll be back soon with more updates for you – until then, keep thriving!

All the best,

The ThriveCart Team
