Update: card decline error and Stripe integration removal bug fixes

Once again it’s Tuesday, and we have a couple more bug fixes:

Decline errors – if your customer’s payment via Stripe was declined on a checkout with a Legacy template, they would have seen a message stating that’s what happened. If this happened when your checkout had a template from the “New” category, the button may have shown a spinner for a while then returned to “Confirm Your Order” with no indication their card was declined. We’ve fixed this issue, and now your customers will now see Stripe’s own error message whenever their card has been declined, no matter what template you use.

Stripe integration removal – you may have encountered an error saying, “This account could not be removed; please try again” when trying to remove a Stripe integration. We’ve fixed this issue now, and you should be able to remove integrations as normal. We’ll be back soon with more updates for you – until then, keep thriving!

All the best,

The ThriveCart Team
