A gradient background with the words 'ThriveCart Platform Enhancements May-July 2026'

At ThriveCart, we believe a great platform isn’t just about new features – it’s about making sure everything works the way it should. That means listening closely to your feedback, hunting down the issues that slow your business down, and quietly fixing the things that shouldn’t be broken in the first place.

Over the past couple of months, our team has been heads-down doing exactly that. From payment reliability and subscription management to reporting accuracy, integrations, and the everyday experience of using ThriveCart, we’ve worked through a significant backlog of improvements, big and small.

Some of these fixes you may never have noticed (which is the point). Others may have been frustrating you for a while, and we’re glad to finally have them resolved. Either way, we wanted to be transparent about the work we’ve been doing under the hood – because you deserve to know what’s getting better.

Alongside these platform stability improvements, we’ve also added a Status Page with automated real-time updates.

Here’s a breakdown of some of the biggest fixes and improvements:

A roundup of platform improvements you’ll actually notice

🖥️ General Platform

Products page now loads reliably for large catalogs, with label search restored
Some merchants with large product catalogs were experiencing an out-of-memory crash on the Products page. Additionally, the ability to search products by label wasn’t working optimally. Both are now fixed.

Email validation error message now stays visible at checkout
Email validation feedback was disappearing as soon as a customer finished typing their email address, giving no indication that the entry was invalid. The error now remains visible until a valid email is entered.

Server errors on checkout pages resolved
Some checkout pages were returning sporadic HTTP 500 server errors due to network connectivity issues, making them inaccessible to buyers. This critical issue has been resolved.

Large transaction CSV export download links now delivered
When exporting more than 500 transactions, the email containing the download link wasn’t always being sent. Large exports now reliably deliver the download link to your inbox.

Sales notifications now include the customer’s email address
Sales notification emails weren’t always including the customer’s email address. This information is now included again so you can follow up with new customers quickly.

Accounts now automatically upgraded after purchasing a Pro+ upgrade
Purchasing a Pro+ plan upgrade wasn’t always triggering the automatic account upgrade. These upgrades are now applied reliably at the point of purchase.

Sign-in page and profile page visual fixes
Three display issues have been polished: the ThriveCart logo no longer overlaps the headline on smaller screens at sign-in, the Profile page footer is now centered on all screen widths, and the 2FA and “Change My Password” security cards now align correctly.

Checkout buttons no longer appear squished on mobile
When horizontal spacing was set in the legacy editor, checkout buttons and other elements were appearing squished or cut off on mobile devices. All checkout elements now display correctly on any screen size.

Left sidebar no longer blocks navigation
The new left-hand sidebar was overlapping and blocking navigation menus, particularly in ThriveCart Learn. Navigation is now unobstructed.

Leading zeros now preserved in zip codes on receipts
Zip codes that begin with a zero (such as those in New England states) were having the leading zero stripped on vendor receipts. Zip codes now display in their full, correct format.

Apostrophes in product names now display correctly
If a product name contained an apostrophe, it was rendered as “‘” in the Future Payments section at checkout. This HTML encoding issue is now fixed.

Countdown timer now renders smoothly
The countdown timer element was appearing blurry in certain views. It now displays crisply at all sizes.

Refund policy checkbox validation now translates correctly
The validation message shown when a buyer tries to proceed without agreeing to the refund policy only ever appeared in English, not other languages. This is now fully translated across all supported languages.

Column width customization now works in the editor
Custom column widths set in the editor weren’t being consistently applied – all columns were defaulting to even widths regardless of the setting. Column widths now update as expected.

💳 Payments & Checkout

Comprehensive Stripe payment reliability improvements
Following a formal review with Stripe in May 2026, we identified and resolved two significant platform-wide issues affecting payment reliability. First, split-pay installment checkouts were failing silently due to a configuration mismatch in how Stripe’s payment system was being initialized – affecting all vendors offering installment plans. Second, a missing account identifier on payment lookups was causing daily errors across Connect+ accounts, disrupting payment status checks behind the scenes. Both have been resolved, and we are continuing to work through the full list of review recommendations to further harden payment processing across Stripe and PayPal for all users.

Physical product upsells no longer rejected due to address formatting
Purchases of physical product upsells were being silently rejected by Stripe’s validation because the buyer’s shipping name wasn’t being passed correctly in the payment request. This meant some physical upsells were failing at the payment processor level without a clear error being shown to the buyer. The correct address fields are now always included, so physical product purchases process reliably.

Checkout now works reliably when buyers come from social media
When customers open your checkout link from inside Facebook, Instagram, or Snapchat’s built-in browser, wallet payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay were silently failing – leaving buyers unable to complete their purchase. We now detect these in-app browser environments and automatically fall back to standard card entry so the checkout experience stays smooth, regardless of where your traffic originates.

Subscription and split-pay checkouts work seamlessly
Some customers attempting to pay for subscription or split-pay products were being silently blocked at checkout, without error messages or a clear way forward. The root cause (a mismatch in Stripe’s payment element configuration) is now resolved.

PayPal Enhanced checkout errors resolved
An UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY error was preventing some PayPal Enhanced checkouts from going through. PayPal Enhanced payments now process reliably.

Canceling PayPal Enhanced subscriptions no longer returns an error
Many merchants were hitting a “400 Bad Request” error when canceling PayPal Enhanced subscriptions on behalf of customers. This is now fixed.

PayPal subscription cancel and pause regression fixed
A code regression caused PayPal subscription cancellations and pauses to silently fail because the wrong subscription ID was being sent. This has been corrected.

PayPal subscription pausing now works
A “Security header is not valid” error was preventing some merchants from pausing PayPal subscriptions. Pausing now works as expected.

Duplicate charges in Stripe Connect+ resolved
In rare cases, a single ThriveCart order was generating two separate charges in Stripe Connect+. This data integrity issue has been resolved, so every order maps to exactly one charge.

“No such charge” refund failures fixed
Refunds on certain orders were failing with a “This refund could not be processed: No such charge” error. These now process correctly.

Purchases on archived checkouts are now blocked
Customers were previously still able to complete purchases through checkout URLs that had been archived, which could lead to orders the merchant didn’t intend to accept. Archived checkouts now correctly block new purchases.

Customers can no longer skip the main checkout to buy a downsell
A loophole allowed buyers to land directly on a downsell page and purchase without completing the main product checkout. This funnel integrity issue is now closed.

Upsell pages are no longer accessible without completing main checkout
Similarly, upsell pages were accessible directly, letting buyers purchase an upsell without buying the main product. This has been fixed so your funnel flows correctly.

Checkout no longer fails with a “service not found” error
In rare instances, some checkouts were showing a “Service not found: DigitalWaiverCustomerAuditService” error and failing to load. This is now resolved.

Zero-day trial upsells on Stripe no longer lose revenue
Upsells with a zero-day trial on Stripe Legacy were being incorrectly created as subscriptions rather than one-time payments, leaving payments uncaptured and untracked. This is fixed so upsell revenue is properly captured.

Out-of-stock products no longer show a blank checkout page
When a product was out of stock, modal template checkouts were loading a completely blank page for buyers. An appropriate experience is now shown.

“Add to order” button now appears on free trial upsell subscriptions (PayPal v2)
The button to add a free trial upsell subscription was missing for PayPal v2 checkouts. It now displays correctly.

Checkout no longer gets stuck when geo-restrictions are enabled
Checkouts were hanging on “Processing” for merchants using geo-restrictions on their products. This has been resolved.

PayPal checkout no longer loads indefinitely for buyers in Poland
Buyers in Poland were seeing PayPal’s payment form load indefinitely without ever completing. This region-specific issue has been fixed.

🤝 ThriveCart Academy

We’ve been putting in significant work to make ThriveCart Academy faster, more reliable, and easier to use for both creators and students. Here’s a breakdown of what’s been fixed and improved.

📚 Course Editor

Lesson drag-and-drop now works across modules
Dragging a lesson from one module to another had a broken drop target, making it difficult to reorganize course content across modules. This now works correctly so you can structure your course exactly as you intend.

Lesson grip handles and menus now visible on all sidebar styles
On courses using the light or migrated sidebar style, lesson grip handles were invisible, module/lesson action menus couldn’t be seen, and the active lesson row had insufficient text contrast (not meeting WCAG accessibility standards). All of these are now fully visible and readable regardless of which sidebar style your course uses.

Student sidebar tabs now readable on all course styles
On light and migrated course sidebars, the student-facing tabs were unreadable due to styling conflicts. Students can now clearly navigate their lesson content on any course style.

Lesson editor toolbar now stays in view while scrolling
The formatting toolbar in the lesson editor was floating off-screen when scrolling through long lessons, forcing creators to scroll back up every time they wanted to format text. The toolbar is now sticky and always accessible.

Text editing improvements in the lesson editor
Pressing Tab to indent a list item was causing the entire page to scroll, interrupting your editing flow. Separately, a block gutter element was overlapping the start of text lines. Both are now fixed for a smoother writing experience.

Course editor batch fixes
A series of course editor improvements:

  • Dragging and renaming lessons with a double-click now works correctly
  • Images can be resized without issues
  • Table content scrolls properly within its container
  • The editor now restores your scroll position correctly when navigating back to a lesson
  • The toolbar stays in the correct position at all times

Custom video thumbnails now show correctly for students
Custom video thumbnails set by creators weren’t appearing in the student view or preview. Thumbnails now display exactly as the creator configured them.

Appearance/Brush button now works in the course editor
The Appearance button in the course editor was connected to a deactivated feature flag, so clicking it didn’t trigger any action. It now correctly opens the course appearance settings.

🎬 Video

Video player controls now always clickable
An invisible overlay was sitting on top of the video player, trapping clicks and making play, pause, and seek controls unresponsive for students. Player controls now work reliably.

Uploaded videos no longer disappear after a page reload
After uploading a video, the file URL wasn’t being saved correctly, causing an “Upload not found” error when the page was reloaded. Uploaded videos are now saved and available immediately after processing – no disappearing content, no need to re-upload.

Video upload process is now clearer and more reliable
Several improvements to the video upload experience give creators get a clearer, more reliable uploading experience from start to finish:

  • The encoding progress spinner now accurately reflects the real upload state
  • Interrupted uploads can now resume correctly without failing silently
  • Session errors during re-uploads are handled gracefully
  • The upload widget now cleans up properly when you navigate away

Migrated videos now play correctly
For accounts migrated to the new ThriveCart Academy platform, embedded video iframes weren’t being signed correctly, causing playback to fail entirely for students. Migrated video content now plays without issues.

Video embeds now available in community posts
Community post composers didn’t support video embeds, and Loom/Wistia embeds weren’t rendering in the editor. Both are now supported, so creators and members can share rich video content directly in community posts.

👥 Communities

Community settings now save reliably
The settings panel was closing after every individual save, requiring creators to reopen it each time they made a change. Separately, drag-and-drop reordering of spaces in community settings had stopped working. Both are now fixed for a smooth setup experience.

Community images now display correctly
Three image display issues have been resolved, ensuring all community images now display correctly and in full:

  • The community sidebar banner was cropping and the hero image was appearing washed out
  • Full-width hero banners were still cropping even after a previous partial fix
  • Community cards were showing the banner image instead of the dedicated cover image

Member names now display correctly in communities
Community member display names were falling back to blank rather than showing a sensible fallback value. Member names now always display correctly throughout the community.

Community member counts are now accurate
Community cards were showing “0 members” because the system was reading a stale cached count rather than the live value. Member counts now reflect the real, up-to-date number.

Joining a community now takes you to the right place
After joining a community from the preview page, members were being redirected to the wrong URL. The post-join redirect now takes you directly to the community you joined.

Top performer widget now excludes archived communities
The Top Performer leaderboard widget was surfacing archived communities alongside active ones. It now only ranks active communities.

Deleting a community now works reliably
Attempting to delete a community that had pending invite records was failing with an error. Communities can now be deleted cleanly regardless of their invite history.

Duplicate space names are now prevented
Creating a space with a name that was already in use was being silently accepted, leading to duplicate slugs. The system now returns a clear error so you know to choose a unique name.

Community filter and other management tools now work correctly
The Filter button on the creator community list was connected to the wrong handler, so clicking it did nothing. It now opens the filter dropdown as expected.

Community URLs fixed
A missing path segment in community URLs was causing broken links. All community URLs are now correctly formed.

Space descriptions now preserve line breaks
Line breaks entered in space descriptions were being stripped on save, losing the formatting creators had set. Descriptions now preserve formatting correctly.

📦 Bundles

Bundle cards now display correctly
Bundle cards weren’t showing the course thumbnail icons in the stack preview, long bundle titles weren’t being trimmed neatly, cards weren’t expanding to fill the full row width, and on the creator side, paired bundle cards weren’t sitting side by side as designed. All bundle card layout and display issues are now resolved.

Discovery bundle card now shows the purchase option
Bundles on the discovery page weren’t showing as purchasable and the link to the bundle’s gate was missing, preventing potential students from buying. Discovery bundles now display and link correctly.

Bundle grouping on the student homepage fixed
The student homepage was displaying bundles in an incorrect grouping format that had been removed in the product spec. Bundles are now grouped correctly.

👨‍🎓 Student Management

Welcome emails now sent when enrolling students directly into a course
When a creator manually added a student directly to a course (rather than via a community), the welcome email wasn’t being sent. Students now receive their welcome email regardless of how they were enrolled.

Add student flow now defaults to showing courses first
When using the Add Student picker, Communities were appearing before Courses in the list, making it harder to find the right destination quickly. Courses now appear first by default.

Student search and profile access now easier to find
Student profiles in the students table were tricky to navigate to. Additionally, the per-course analytics link was an unlabeled icon that creators weren’t discovering. Both have been improved so the tools you need are clearly visible.

Scroll now works correctly on student and member list pages
A scroll trap was making it difficult to scroll through long student and member lists. Scrolling now works naturally on these pages.

Course assessments now accessible on grid-layout courses
Grid-layout course views had no way to navigate to the course-level assessment. Assessments are now accessible from all course layout types.

Add student modal now handles long course names
Long course names were overflowing their labels in the Add Student modal, making the UI difficult to read. Names are now clamped and display cleanly.

🔐 Sign-In & Account Access

Creators with 2FA can now switch between accounts reliably
The account picker was failing for creators who had two-factor authentication enabled across multiple accounts, preventing account switching. This has been fixed so multi-account management works reliably for all creators.

ThriveCart integration with ThriveCart Academy now syncs correctly
The OAuth connection between ThriveCart and Academy wasn’t correctly matching users by their ThriveCart account identifier, and a follow-up issue meant ThriveCart webhooks couldn’t resolve accounts by slug. Both are now aligned so purchases and access grants sync reliably between the two platforms.

Magic links now work reliably
In certain CDN/proxy configurations, magic login links were resolving to the wrong host, causing authentication to fail. Magic links now work correctly across all hosting setups.

Session continuity when navigating between communities
When navigating between communities on the same account, the session wasn’t always being carried over correctly, requiring students to log in again. Session continuity is now maintained correctly across community navigation.

First-time password setup now works for migrated accounts
Students whose accounts were migrated from another platform with no existing password were unable to set their password for the first time. This has been resolved so all migrated students can complete their account setup.

Settings changes now reflect immediately after saving
Community settings were sometimes not taking effect immediately after saving due to a caching issue. Settings now update instantly when saved.

🏅 Gamification & Certificates

Badge icons now save and display correctly
Badge icons weren’t being persisted after saving in the gamification settings, the save experience was broken, and the preview toggle was missing. A follow-up issue also meant that even when an icon was saved, it wasn’t rendering in the achievement feed. Badges now save reliably and display correctly throughout the platform.

Completion certificates are now delivered reliably
Students who completed a course were not receiving their certificate email, with no error being shown to indicate something had gone wrong. Certificate delivery is now reliable, and students receive their certificate as soon as they complete a course.

📊 Analytics

Course completion rates are now accurate
Creator analytics were counting lessons that students had started but not finished – or had explicitly marked as undone – toward course completion totals. Completion percentages now only count lessons that students have genuinely completed.

🔔 Onboarding

Onboarding links and flows now work correctly
The welcome video link in the onboarding flow was returning a 404 page, and the onboarding modal was incorrectly auto-opening on the login page and other global routes where it shouldn’t appear. Both have been resolved so new users get a smooth, guided first experience.

Onboarding celebration animations now run at the right speed
The celebration animations shown during onboarding milestones were running too slowly, dulling the moment. They now play at the intended, satisfying speed.

💬 Discussions

Discussions now work correctly for creators and students
Three discussion fixes shipped together:

  • The discussion icon was missing from the Premier hero banner
  • Students’ sessions weren’t reading discussion settings correctly, causing unexpected behavior
  • Creators were unable to edit their own posts

🎓 Course Management

Welcome Emails Now Use the Correct Course Name
Welcome emails for certain courses were referencing a stale internal wrapper name instead of the live course name that students know. Students now receive welcome emails with the correct, up-to-date course name.

Duplicating a course now creates a fully independent copy
When duplicating a course, the new course was sharing the same internal wrapper as the original, which could cause conflicts. Duplicated courses now have their own independent setup from the moment they’re created.

“Mark Complete” button on mobile no longer covers lesson content
On mobile, the “Mark Complete” call-to-action button was rendering as a sticky overlay that covered lesson content, making it difficult to read the lesson while also being able to mark it done. The button now appears in the correct position without obscuring content.

Course settings changes now reflect immediately
After saving a course logo or other settings, the course card in the creator dashboard wasn’t updating to show the changes until a hard page reload. Updates now appear immediately after saving.

📁 Uploads & Assets

Image uploads bow go to the correct storage backend
A misconfiguration was causing image uploads to be sent to the wrong backend service, resulting in a production outage affecting all image uploads. This was hotfixed immediately and uploads now route correctly.

Favicon upload and logo picker are now fully functional
Favicon uploads were failing silently, and errors from the logo picker weren’t being surfaced to help diagnose the issue. Both now work reliably and any errors are clearly communicated.

File size errors are now clearly communicated
When uploading a file that exceeded the size limit, an unhelpful error was shown rather than a clear message explaining the issue. You now see a clear, honest message when a file is too large, so you know exactly what to do.

🎨 Visual Polish

Bullet and numbered lists now follow your course typography
Lists in lesson content weren’t utilizing the font and typography settings configured for courses, defaulting to a generic style instead. Lists now render using your course’s typography settings, keeping your content consistent.

Your custom CSS now applies correctly
Account-level custom CSS wasn’t being injected into the platform’s theme system, meaning custom style overrides had no effect. Custom CSS is now applied correctly across your Academy.

Keyboard shortcut hints are now accurate on Windows and Linux
The post composer was showing “Cmd+Enter” as the keyboard shortcut hint for submitting posts – which is Mac-specific. Windows and Linux users now see the correct “Ctrl+Enter” hint.

Mobile student preview now displays correctly
The footer in the mobile student preview wasn’t stacking correctly on small viewports, causing layout issues. The mobile preview now renders correctly at all screen sizes.

Text size now consistent on migrated courses
Migrated courses were displaying oversized navigation text in the sidebar because font sizes weren’t being capped correctly. Font sizes are now clamped to the correct range on all migrated courses.

🔗 Access & Billing

Access tags now remove correctly
When removing an access tag from a student’s profile, the system was comparing the wrong value and failing to remove the tag. Access tags are now removed correctly as expected.

Paid courses now appear on the discovery page correctly
The product-link picker used for connecting paid courses to the discovery page wasn’t showing the available targets, preventing creators from setting up paid course discovery correctly. The picker now shows all available options and paid courses reach the discovery page as intended.

📧 Fulfillment

Students no longer receive duplicate Academy welcome emails
When a purchase triggered fulfillment through more than one route simultaneously, some students were receiving duplicate Academy welcome emails. Fulfillment is now de-duplicated so every student receives exactly one welcome email per enrollment.

🎓 ThriveCart Learn

Tags now applied to student profiles after upsell/downsell purchases
Tags configured in the fulfillment settings for upsells and downsells weren’t being added to the student’s profile in ThriveCart Learn after purchase. They now apply correctly.

Tags now display correctly in Learn
Tags weren’t appearing in certain ThriveCart Learn views. They now show up as expected.

Save button no longer missing in Learn settings
A UI issue was causing the Save button to disappear on certain Learn settings screens. It’s now consistently visible.

No more duplicate course dropdown for single-plan products
When ThriveCart Learn was selected as the fulfillment method for a single-plan product, a duplicate course dropdown was appearing. This has been resolved.

Upsell fulfillment no longer reverts to the wrong course in Learn
After completing an upsell purchase, ThriveCart Learn was sometimes granting access to the wrong course instead of the one linked to the upsell product. Course assignment on upsells now works correctly.

🔄 Subscriptions & Billing

Upcoming payment emails now respect dunning settings
Upcoming payment reminder emails were still being sent even when disabled in dunning settings. Your settings are now honored correctly.

Rebill Invoices are now sent on every recurring payment
Customers on subscriptions weren’t receiving invoice emails for rebill payments – only the first payment triggered an invoice. Every rebill now sends the correct invoice.

Refund receipts are no longer sent when notifications are disabled
Refund receipt emails were being sent even when payment notifications had been turned off. This now respects your notification settings.

Future payment amounts are now correct when a coupon is applied
When a coupon was applied at checkout on a product with a subscription bump, the future payment total shown to the buyer was being incorrectly inflated by the bump cost. The correct amount is now displayed.

Active subscriptions now show correctly in the “Active” filter
Customers with a mix of active, completed, and canceled subscriptions were disappearing entirely from the Active filter in your Subscriptions tab – and were missing from Active CSV exports too. This is now fixed.

Subscription details now load when clicking “more”
The full subscription details weren’t appearing when clicking “More” on a subscription record. They now load correctly.

Subscription CSV exports now reliable
Subscription exports were failing or returning incomplete data because the export job was relying on server-local storage that wasn’t shared across multiple workers. Exports now use shared storage and complete correctly every time.

End billing date now appears in subscription CSV exports
The “End Billing Date” column was only populating for canceled subscriptions, leaving it blank for limited (fixed-rebill) subscriptions. It now exports correctly for all subscription types.

Inclusive tax now collected correctly on PayPal Enhanced rebills
Inclusive tax was being collected as exclusive tax on recurring payments through PayPal Enhanced, resulting in some customers being overcharged. This tax calculation is now accurate on rebills.

Paid-trial subscriptions now appear under the trial filter
Subscriptions with a paid trial weren’t appearing when filtering by “Trial” in the subscriptions dashboard. They now show up in the correct filter.

📊 Reporting & Dashboard

Refund dates now show the actual refund date
Refunded transactions in the Transactions dashboard and on invoices were displaying the original purchase date instead of the actual refund date. Both now show the correct date, ensuring more accurate records.

Subscription cohort graph now includes February data
February data was completely missing from the Subscription Cohort chart, creating a gap in subscription trend analysis. All months now display correctly.

Bump transactions now appear in the dashboard
Bump purchases were sometimes not being tracked or displayed in the transaction dashboard. Bump revenue is now reliably recorded and visible.

Product search by ID or label now works seamlessly
Searching for a product by its ID or label was returning no results even when matches existed. Search now works correctly across all product fields.

Bump stats revenue figures now accurate
Gross and Net Revenue in the Bump Stats tab were displaying incorrect values. The figures are now calculated correctly so you can trust your bump performance data.

Reports now accessible to all eligible accounts
A permissions error was making the Reports section inaccessible to some accounts that should have had access. This is now resolved.

Transaction exports no longer return a 500 error
Attempting to export transaction data was returning a 500 server error for some accounts. Exports now complete successfully.

Numeric columns in reports are now right-aligned
Figure columns in reporting tables weren’t right-aligned, making it harder to read and compare numbers at a glance. Formatting is now correct.

🧾 Tax

New York sales tax now applied correctly
The built-in ThriveCart sales tax engine was not applying New York state sales tax to applicable orders. This is now correctly calculated.

Order totals no longer corrupted for coupon orders with inclusive tax
When a coupon was applied to a product using inclusive tax, the order total was being incorrectly calculated. This fix ensures correct totals across reporting and invoicing.

🔌 Integrations

ActiveCampaign tags no longer changed when saving behavior rules
Saving a product’s behavior rules was incorrectly modifying ActiveCampaign tags that weren’t part of the edit. Your automation tags now stay exactly as configured. Additionally, ActiveCampaign tags now load immediately in automation rules

Opening product settings no longer triggers slow ActiveCampaign API calls
Every time a merchant opened product settings, ThriveCart was silently calling the ActiveCampaign API to load all lists and tags, causing performance slowdowns and unexpected toast notifications. This unnecessary call has been removed.

Infusionsoft tag dropdown now loads in automation rules
The tag selector in Infusionsoft automation rules was failing to load due to a PHP dependency error, making it impossible to select tags. This is now fixed.

Affiliate payments unblocked
A security header validation issue was preventing some affiliate payments from being processed. Affiliate payouts now go through without issue.

Rebill refund events now appear in API results
When querying an order via the API, refund events for rebills weren’t being returned – only refunds on the original purchase were showing. Rebill refund events are now correctly included in API responses.

👤 Customer Hub

Withdrawal confirmation emails now sent in the buyer’s language
Withdrawal confirmation emails from the Customer Hub were always being sent in the platform default language, not the buyer’s chosen language. They now send in the correct language.

Customer Hub search now fully operational
The search bar in the Customer Hub wasn’t returning results when customers tried to find their purchases or subscriptions. Search now functions correctly.

Customer Hub impersonation now working correctly
The impersonation link generated for customer support purposes wasn’t logging in as the correct customer. This tool now works as expected.

Optional waiver no longer blocks customer withdrawals
If a buyer didn’t check the optional waiver at checkout, they were unable to request a withdrawal through the Customer Hub. Optional waivers no longer block the withdrawal process.

“Access your purchase” link now works reliably
Buyers were intermittently seeing a “not a valid fulfillment error” when clicking “Access your purchase” on the success page, even when the fulfillment URL was correctly set up. This is now resolved.

🧱 Funnels & Editor

Success page now shows all purchased items after a multi-step funnel
After completing a multi-product funnel checkout, the success page was only displaying some of the purchased items rather than all of them. Buyers now see a complete and accurate list.

Upsell transactions now tracked correctly
In some cases, upsell purchases were not being recorded in ThriveCart due to a missing required parameter, creating gaps in merchants’ revenue data. All upsell sales are now tracked.

Subscription bumps no longer show as “unknown product”
Subscription bumps were appearing as “unknown product” in the subscriptions tab, making it difficult for both merchants and buyers to identify what had been purchased. They now display the correct product name.

Disabled bumps no longer appear on checkout
Bump offers that had been disabled were still showing up on live checkouts and being selectable by buyers. Disabled bumps are now correctly hidden.

Pro-rating now triggers correctly on upsells
Pro-rating (applying a credit from a previous purchase) wasn’t triggering on upsell products in some configurations. Pro-rating now works as expected in upsell flows.

Published status indicator now accurate across funnel pages
The published/unpublished state indicator was showing the wrong status when switching between pages in a funnel. It now reflects the true published state of each page.

Mobile editor mode stays consistent when switching funnel pages
When switching funnel pages while in Mobile Editor mode, the editor was visually staying in mobile mode while internally reverting to desktop mode, causing incorrect edits. The mode now stays consistent.

Bump conditional rules now hide correctly
A bump configured to show only when another bump was selected wasn’t hiding again when that triggering bump was deselected. Bump conditional display logic now works correctly.

Bump price now included in the checkout pricing summary
The price of a bump offer wasn’t being added to the total shown in the pricing summary at checkout, making the total appear lower than it would be if the buyer selected the bump. The summary now reflects the correct total.

Coupons now apply to bump offers at checkout
Fixed-price coupons weren’t being applied to bump offers on the checkout page – only the main product price was being discounted. Coupons now apply across the full order, including bumps.

Editor changes now save reliably
Some merchants were experiencing an issue where edits made in the editor weren’t being saved, requiring repeated rework. The underlying cause has been resolved.
