We have some exciting news to share: ThriveCart has been named on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for the third year running.
The Inc. 5000 is regarded as one of the most prestigious rankings of successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses. The list celebrates companies whose innovation, customer focus, and ambition are contributing to the U.S. economy. Past honorees include Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia.
To qualify for the 2026 Inc. 5000, companies like ThriveCart are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025, and must follow strict vetting criteria, including adhering to minimum revenue requirements ($100,000 for 2022 and $2 million for 2025). Additionally, companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent, not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies, as of December 31, 2025.
“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision-making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance, it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”
We’re building more than just high-converting checkout pages & funnels
ThriveCart started as a way to help businesses nail that one big moment: turning a visitor into a customer. But these days, creators need a lot more than a checkout page. You need a way to deliver your product, increase average order values, build a community around it, manage subscriptions, manage your numbers, and run things smoothly as you grow.So that’s exactly what we’ve been working on. Not to win awards and recognition, but to provide our merchants with the tools they need to grow.
For ThriveCart’s team, making the list once is a big deal. Making it three years in a row – and with our highest position yet? That tells you something more. It means our customers keep coming back, we keep building things that actually help, and our platform keeps growing right alongside the businesses that use ThriveCart to process over $8 billion in sales (and counting!)
If you’re a creator, coach, or entrepreneur trying to decide what tech to run your business on, this isn’t just a shiny badge for us to hang on the wall. It’s proof that we keep putting care and effort into making ThriveCart more reliable, more flexible, and more useful for people trying to grow their revenue.
Here’s a quick round-up of what’s been driving that growth over the past year.
ThriveCart Academy: courses, community, and sales in one place
One of the biggest things we launched this year was ThriveCart Academy, our new course and community platform.
With ThriveCart Academy, you get your own branded space where students can take your courses, join discussions, track their progress, complete quizzes, earn rewards, and connect with other members. Lessons live right inside the community, so your students never have to jump between five different apps just to learn.
For coaches and course creators, this means more engaged students and stronger, longer relationships with your customers. For students, it means everything – the lessons, the accountability, the community – lives in one place.
Here’s the thing: what happens after checkout matters just as much as the sale itself. The better that experience is, the more likely your customers are to stick around, buy again, and tell their friends.
Keeping your business (and your customers) safe
None of this growth means much if people don’t trust you with their payment information.
This year, we earned PCI DSS v4.0.1 Level 1 Service Provider certification – the highest level of payment security certification out there. An independent assessor, A-LIGN, reviewed us against all 12 PCI DSS requirements to confirm it. Your customers’ card details go straight from their browser to Stripe or PayPal. They never touch ThriveCart’s servers.
We also added tools to help merchants selling in the European Union, including a digital cancellation workflow that supports the EU’s right of withdrawal rules. These tools are available through our supported payment integrations, though it’s still on you to make sure you’re meeting the legal requirements for your specific business.
ThrivePay Installments, a smarter way to offer payment plans
For merchants with higher-ticket offers – certifications, coaching packages, or premium memberships – our ThrivePay Installments launch addressed a common “buy now, pay later” problem. Most BNPL solutions cap out around $2,000 and turn away around half of applicants at the credit check stage.
ThrivePay Installments lets your customers pay with the credit card they already have – no loan, no credit check, and no new account to set up. They pay it off over three, six, or sometimes 12 months, while you get paid in full upfront.
Because we skip the underwriting, approval rates land around 80-85%, compared to roughly 40% for typical BNPL, and customers can now spread out purchases up to $65,000. We rolled it out first in the U.S., with the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia to follow.

Monthly pricing means more ways to get started, at your own pace
We also rolled out monthly subscription pricing, so you can try ThriveCart without committing to a big upfront cost.
Monthly plans come with a 30-day free trial, giving you time to build your funnel and see how ThriveCart fits into the way you work before you commit long-term. If you’re already a customer, don’t worry – you won’t be switched to monthly pricing automatically, and lifetime plans are still around for anyone who prefers them.
We introduced this because every business starts from a different place. Maybe you’re launching your very first course. Maybe you’re ditching a handful of clunky tools for one that actually works. Whatever stage you’re at, you should be able to pick the plan that fits you now and change it as you grow.

Sales tax, made way less painful
Selling online means selling to people in a lot of different places, and every one of those places has its own tax rules.
That’s why our built-in sales tax tools are now available on every plan. ThriveCart calculates and collects the right sales tax automatically in supported areas, applies the correct rate based on where your customer lives, validates EU VAT numbers, and handles the reverse-charge process when it applies.
Show customers the full price, tax included, earlier in the buying process. No surprises at checkout means happier customers. The goal here is simple: spend less time untangling tax rules and more time building great products and marketing them.

Smart links – native checkout redirects: stop wasting time, stop losing traffic
The bigger your business gets, the messier your checkout links can become. Old URLs sitting in past email campaigns. Affiliate links pointing to a checkout page you retired months ago. Test pages someone bookmarked and never let go of.
Smart links fix that by sending all those old links to your latest checkouts, so you don’t lose any prospects. Automatically carry over UTM codes, coupons, and affiliate IDs, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. That means you can keep testing new offers and updating your checkout without having to hunt down every old link floating around on the internet.
Smart links are also a lifesaver if you run multiple products, A/B tests, affiliate programs, or seasonal promotions.

What’s next
Landing on the Inc. 5000 list for the third year in a row means a lot to us – in the top 1,200 places no less. But an award only really matters if it means something for you.
So we’re going to keep doing what got us here: building tools that get out of your way. Tools that make it easier to launch a course, sell a membership, manage a funnel, handle your taxes, understand your numbers, and give your customers a better experience. That includes several upcoming features scheduled for Q3 of 2026, including subscription bumps, advanced adaptive pricing, anchored subscriptions, retention offers, EU e-invoice compliance, and ThrivePages, our new checkout editor.
At the end of the day, we just want to help you build the business you’ve been working toward, around the thing you already do best.
